The wait is over. We are looking for an Architectural Technologist to join a well-established multi-award-winning RIBA chartered practice on the outskirts of Ringwood. The practice was founded over 10 years ago and have since grown their cohesive team to encompass over 20 members of staff. What does this mean for you as an Architectural Technologist? The practice has recently merged with one of the UK’s largest architectural companies, bringing with them ample opportunities to work across numerous sectors, genuine career progression and a wealth of knowledge. With this acquisition comes the combination of the practice’s local knowledge and the companies wide-ranging sector expertise and commercial acumen. Together they will be delivering innovative architectural solutions that address the changing needs of clients and communities throughout the UK. Your work will initially be focussed on several intriguing projects, including a high-end hotel renovation in Salisbury, a religious training centre/ student accommodation in Preston, and numerous retirement living developments, before moving on to projects across a vast array of sectors. You will be working from a bright, open plan office space on the outskirts of Ringwood. The practice offers a hybrid working policy, allowing employees to work up to two days from home a week. Flexible working hours are also available, with the core working hours being between 10am – 4:30pm. A benefits package that truly is a cut above the rest is on offer, including, but not limited to:

The salary for this position is between £30K - £40K depending on previous experience. To be considered | Architectural Technologist:

Experience working as an Architectural Technologist within the UK
Must have experience with Revit
Should live within a commutable distance from Ringwood
CIAT accredited would be beneficial
