Job Title: Senior Architectural Technologist

Salary: £38,000 - £42,000
This is an exciting opportunity to join one of the UK s largest architectural practice who provide their award-winning design services nationwide. They are on the lookout for an experienced Senior Architectural Technologist to hit the ground running for their Fordingbridge studios.
To be successful in applying for the role of Senior Architectural Technologist, you will need to have extensive experience as a technologist post completion of an architectural technology degree. The successful individual will need to be proficient with Revit, as well as being able to demonstrate strong UK building regulation knowledge and be client facing.

Skills, experience, and responsibilities for the role of Project Architect:
- Degree within Architectural Technology
- Significant post qualification experience within a UK based practice
- CIAT registered
- Proficiency with Revit is essential
- Strong UK building regulations knowledge
- Excellent technical knowledge of NBS and the construction industry
- Experience of job running
- Experience leading on projects across a range of sectors
- Excellent communication and organisational skills
- Previous experience working alongside clients, contractors, and other consultants
- Live within a commutable distance to Fordingbridge
