As an Associate Director you'll be...
- Working alongside the Group Director in managing engineering resources, client needs and ensuring all projects are delivered successfully
- Contributing to the overall strategy for the structural function
- Liaising with the clients, architect, designers and the build contractor
- Managing a team of engineers
- Responsible for design information for use by inhouse CAD technicians and other members of the design teamÂ
- Support in the promotion and growth of the company’s services
Must haves...
- Structural Engineer with experience managing large residential/commercial schemes (traditional and piled foundations, multi storey concrete and steel frame)
- Experience managing a teamÂ
- Able to undertake calculations if necessary
- Knowledge of CAD techniquesÂ
