About the Role:
M4 Recruitment are currently seeking a skilled ForkliftDriver to join our client'swarehouse team. In this role, you will be responsible for safely and efficiently operating a forklift to move, load, and unload goods within the warehouse. The role is essential to maintaining smooth operations and ensuring inventory is managed effectively.
Pay Rate: 12.00
Shift Pattern:Day Shift
Key Responsibilities:
- Safely operate a counterbalance forklift to load and unload goods
- Transport goods to designated storage areas and locations within the warehouse
- Ensure products are stacked and stored securely
- Assist with stock control and inventory management
- Perform regular checks and maintenance on the forklift to ensure it is in good working condition
- Follow all safety protocols and company procedures to ensure a safe working environment
- Assist with general warehouse duties as required
Requirements:
- Valid Counterbalance Forklift license (essential)
- Previous experience operating a counterbalance forklift in a warehouse or industrial setting
- Reach Truck license is beneficial but not essential
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions
- Good physical fitness and the ability to handle manual tasks
- Excellent communication and team-working skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
- Flexibility to work shifts if required
