Reed HR is partnering with a growing organisation in Fordingbridge to find an experienced HR Assistant. The successful candidate will report directly to the COO and collaborate with the HR team, supporting the entire employee lifecycle and ensuring the HR inbox is regularly reviewed and addressed.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in preparing and processing the monthly payroll to ensure accurate and timely salary payments.
  • Maintain and update employee records in the HR information system.
  • Support the HR team in handling employee queries related to payroll and benefits.
  • Coordinate HR projects, meetings, and training workshops.
  • Assist with the recruitment process, including scheduling interviews and issuing employment contracts.
  • Provide administrative support for various HR initiatives.
  • Ensure compliance with HR policies and procedures.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Experience in HR and/or payroll administration.
  • Strong understanding of payroll processes and employment regulations.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and HR software.
  • Excellent organisational and time-management skills.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
  • A proactive approach and the ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
