- Support the HR Specialist with day to day HR and employee relations administrationÂ
- Completing new starter / onboarding paperwork
- Recruitment support - arranging interviews, follow up feedback, sending out offer letters etc.
- Preparing payroll for circa 150 staff across the organisation and submit to the appointed Payroll bureau for processing
- Liaise with the payroll bureau to rectify any queries or issues relating to monthly payroll
- Support the HR Specialist with additional HR or ER administration
- Maintain an up to date internal record system
- Filing and general administration
- Excel - you will be working on excel on a regular basis, especially when it comes to payroll
- Liaising with internal staff to handle any day to day queries relating to holiday, sickness and absence or other people related matters
- Previous experience of working in an HR environment is essential, as is a genuine interest in pursuing HR as a career
- Payroll - previous experience of processing payroll would be ideal, but not essential as you will be working with a Payroll Bureau who manage the majority of the administration. Training can also be provided in house for this function
- Excel experience / skills required
- Strong communication skills, and a willingness to work as part of a small team - essential
- Own transport - you will be working on site in Fordingbridge at least 3 days per week, so you are required to be able to get to the client's offices.
- Strong systems experience - you will be working with multiple systems, so a confidence to learn new systems is essential
