Are you a Quantity Surveyor from a civils or construction background, looking to join a well-established company that offer full on the job training, generous annual bonuses and progression into senior and management positions?

This well-established yet fast-growing company are civil engineers that specialise in highways (Section 278 works), drainage an infrastructure, and they are now looking to take on an experienced Quantity Surveyor to keep up with an ever increasing workload.

In this dynamic and varied role, you will be specialising in road and highway projects, collaborating with the project teams, contractors and management, to ensure accurate cost forecasting and budget control through the whole project lifecycle. You will be expected to tender estimates for new and existing works, as well as analysing drawings and project specifications to determine material quantities and labour, followed by creating detail progress reports for management.

This dynamic role would suit a Quantity Surveyor from a civils or construction background, looking for a dynamic role in a well-established company that offers on the job training and progression into senior and management roles.

The Role:

• Tender estimates for new and existing works
• Liasing with contractors and management to ensure accurate cost forecasting
• Work alongside the other QSs in office, and on site
• Prepare professional progress reports for management

The Person:

• Experienced Quantity Surveyor from a background in civils / construction
• Commutable to Fordingbridge
