Daily responsibilities, following full training, might range:-

  • Assisting with customer enquiries by phone, email and internal system
  • Providing information and advice
  • Calculating quotes, placing orders and sending documentation/written communication
  • Handling order queries
  • Providing after sales care
  • Keeping accurate records and using a self-built internal system
  • And more!

Mon-Fri 37,5 hrs
