As a Trainee Behaviour Support Worker, you will work closely with teachers and school staff to provide tailored support to students with behavioural, emotional, and social difficulties. Key Responsibilities:

  • Support students with behavioural challenges in both classroom and one-to-one settings.
  • Assist in implementing behaviour management strategies and de-escalation techniques.

  • Provide mentorship and guidance to help students develop positive coping mechanisms.
