  • Hours: 08:45 – 17:00, Monday to Friday (1-hour lunch break).
  • Pay: £12.96 per hour.
  • Based: Arbroath
Responsibilities:
  • Collate, check, and organise returns.
  • Create, update, and maintain files and records.
  • Handle routine enquiries through the One Contact Centre.
  • Undertake digital tasks, including data input, word processing, minute-taking, and using various software packages.
  • Manage service mailboxes and process sensitive information.
  • Prepare reports, process financial documentation, and monitor expenditure.
  • Perform reception duties and assist members of the public with service-related enquiries.
