- Immediate Start until 31 March 2025
- Hours: 08:45 – 17:00, Monday to Friday (1-hour lunch break).
- Pay: £12.96 per hour.
- Based: Arbroath
- Collate, check, and organise returns.
- Create, update, and maintain files and records.
- Handle routine enquiries through the One Contact Centre.
- Undertake digital tasks, including data input, word processing, minute-taking, and using various software packages.
- Manage service mailboxes and process sensitive information.
- Prepare reports, process financial documentation, and monitor expenditure.
- Perform reception duties and assist members of the public with service-related enquiries.
- Strong organisational and communication skills.
- Proficiency in IT and digital tools.
- Attention to detail and ability to handle confidential information.
