Driver Hire Dundee are recruiting for an experienced Class 2 HGV driver to work with their client based in Forfar. This is a dayshift position where you will be delivering produce and packaging to sites across Scotland.
The ideal candidate must have multi drop experience, excellent customer service skills, the ability to work well as a team and must carry out duties whilst adhering to road safety.
This role is a temp to perm position where the successful candidate will be offered a full time, permanent contract following a successful 12-week probationary period.
The client has mixed fleet and would look at upskilling your licence to Class 1 when they see fit.
Requirements:
- Category C entitlement on your UK driving licence
- Valid CPC and Digital Tachograph
- Commercial driving experience - 60 days in the last 6 months
- No major endorsements
Pay & Hours:
- 28k per annum (negotiable once upskilled to class 1)
- 08:00 start
- Monday to Friday (around 40 hours per week)
