Main responsibilities for the successful Recruitment Account Co-Ordinator:
- As a Recruitment Account Co-Ordinator, you will play a key role in the recruitment process, primarily supporting hiring managers, candidates, and the recruitment team:
- Manage the full cycle recruitment for your dedicated vacancies as well as supporting team members when needed.
- Serve as a point of contact for client communications, addressing questions, requests, and concerns.
- Build and maintain positive relationships with clients and candidates, ensuring smooth communication and experience.
- Coordinate with hiring managers to understand job requirements and expectations.
- Schedule interviews between clients and candidates, manage the calendar, and follow up as necessary.
- Track and update candidate progress through each recruitment stage, keeping all parties informed.
- Coordinate pre-employment checks, including background checks, reference checks, and document verification.
- Assist recruiters in sourcing candidates using job boards, social media, and professional networks.
- Adhere strictly to traffic laws and company safety policies to ensure the well-being of all passengers.
- Conduct initial screening calls to assess candidate suitability for the role and provide support in reviewing and shortlisting resumes based on role criteria.
- Ensure compliance with employment laws and company policies during the recruitment process.
- Transport temporary workers to and from job sites, ensuring timely arrival and pick-up as scheduled.
- Conduct regular inspections and basic maintenance of the assigned vehicle, including checking fuel, oil, tires, and general cleanliness.
- Act as a representative of the company, maintaining professionalism when interacting with workers, clients, or the public.
Main requirement for the successful Recruitment Account Co-Ordinator:
- Previous Experience in Recruitment or Staff coordinator role is highly desirable but not essential.
- Strong knowledge of recruitment workflows, candidate sourcing, and selection processes.
- Excellent verbal and written communication to interact professionally with clients, candidates, and hiring managers.
- Meticulous record-keeping to ensure that all candidate information, interview schedules, and onboarding details are accurate.
- Ability to build rapport and maintain positive relationships with clients, candidates, and the recruitment team.
- Maintain a positive and resilient attitude, even during high-pressure situations or when dealing with setbacks.
- Clean Driving license.
