Job Description:

As a Support Worker, you will be part of a dedicated team working to support vulnerable individuals in our community. Your responsibilities will include:

Working collaboratively with colleagues to provide effective and efficient support to vulnerable people.Building and maintaining positive relationships with supported individuals, providing individualised care and support.Supporting individuals in their chosen activities and promoting independence and well-being.

Specific Duties:

Supporting individuals with household chores and promoting independence.Facilitating community engagement and participation in enjoyable activities.
