Kenton Black are pleased to be working with a distillery in Inverness who are searching for a skilled Electrical Engineer who possesses a solid background in engineering,. Our ideal candidate will be an individual with a minimum of three years of engineering experience, preferably gained within sectors such as brewing, distilling, food production, pharmaceuticals, or the health and beauty industry.**Key Responsibilities:**- Lead and mentor a team of electrical engineers and technicians, fostering a collaborative and productive work environment.- Design, analyse, and troubleshoot electrical systems and components for a variety of applications, ensuring compliance with industry standards and safety regulations.- Manage projects from conception through to completion, including planning, budgeting, and coordinating resources.- Ensure that all electrical engineering projects and processes adhere to regulatory standards, quality assurance, and control measures.- Maintain and improve existing engineering systems for increased efficiency and reliability.- Provide hands-on electrical support and troubleshooting to minimize production downtime.- Prepare and interpret specifications, technical drawings, or topographical maps to ensure that installation and operations conform to standards.**Qualifications and Skills:**- Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, HND, or HNC, preferably with membership in the Institution of Engineering and Technology (MIET).- At least three years of experience in an engineering role, preferably in hygienic process industries.- Demonstrated experience with batch process engineering and understanding of associated control systems.- Strong analytical, diagnostic, and problem-solving skills.**What We Offer:**They provide a dynamic work environment with ample opportunity for professional growth and development.
