Job Description:
We are looking for hardworking and reliable Production Operatives to join our team in Forres. This role involves lifting and grading tree saplings in an outdoor production environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lifting and handling tree saplings
- Grading trees according to specific standards
- Ensuring the work area is kept clean and tidy
- Working efficiently as part of a team to meet targets
Requirements:
- Ability to perform physically demanding tasks
- Experience in a production or agricultural setting is desirable, but not essential
- Reliability, punctuality, and a positive work ethic
- Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions
