Job Description:

We are looking for hardworking and reliable Production Operatives to join our team in Forres. This role involves lifting and grading tree saplings in an outdoor production environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Lifting and handling tree saplings
Grading trees according to specific standards
Ensuring the work area is kept clean and tidy
Working efficiently as part of a team to meet targets

Requirements:

Ability to perform physically demanding tasks
Experience in a production or agricultural setting is desirable, but not essential
Reliability, punctuality, and a positive work ethic
Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions
