The Role & Responsibilities:

Joining a busy and talented small team that really cares about providing a quality and long-lasting service to its clients, you will be asked to support the firms welcoming Conveyancing team with a caseload of your own from inception to settlement.

Focusing more on quality than quantity. 

  • Provide clients with clear, practical and timely advice regarding residential property transactions
  • Draft and review legal documents, including contracts, transfer deeds and other conveyancing-related documents
  • Conduct property searches, including local authority searches and ensure due diligence in the conveyancing process
  • Liaise effectively with clients, estate agents, mortgage brokers and other third parties to ensure transactions progress smoothly
  • Maintain accurate files, ensuring compliance with all relevant legal and regulatory requirements
  • Provide administrative support as needed to ensure the timely completion of transactions

  • Do you hold an accreditation or qualification as a paralegal within Conveyancing? 
  • Have you previously ran a caseload of residential property files independently?
