What Are We Looking For?

Through our continued organic growth and success, we are delighted to welcome applications for our newly created Business Development Manager (BDM) role. This position is responsible for identifying, developing, and securing new business opportunities to drive revenue growth and market expansion. This includes building strategic partnerships, analysing market trends, and implementing plans to penetrate domestic and international markets effectively.

Some of Your Key Duties Include:

  • Conduct in-depth market research to identify trends, opportunities, and potential challenges in both domestic and international markets.
  • Develop and implement business growth strategies aligned with the company’s goals.
  • Identify potential international markets for expansion, considering cultural, economic, and regulatory factors.
  • Build a roadmap for entering and establishing a presence in targeted international regions.
  • Foster relationships with overseas distributors, agents, and potential partners to establish a network for market entry.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, partners, and stakeholders.
  • Identify and negotiate strategic alliances, joint ventures, or collaborations that enhance market presence.
  • Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and trade fairs to showcase capabilities and network with international players.
  • Oversee the creation of proposals, presentations, and contract negotiations.
  • Ensure compliance with international business practices and regulations.

What Do You Need?

  • Proven experience in business development, sales, or a related role.
  • Experience in international markets or working with global clients is highly desirable.
  • Strong understanding of global markets, cultures, and business practices.
  • Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Analytical skills for assessing market trends, competitor strategies, and financial data.
  • Proficiency in CRM tools, MS Office, and familiarity with international business platforms.
  • Proactive, self-motivated, and results-driven.
  • Adaptability to work across diverse cultures and business environments.
  • Willingness to travel extensively for business purposes.
