Are you ready to take on a pivotal role at this beautiful 5 star property, nestled in the heart of the Scottish Highlands and known for its exception service, fine dining and stunning surroundings.
What's involved?
As Assistant Manager you will be assisting and supporting the General Manager with all aspects of the hotel operations on a daily basis, ensuring all departments function seamlessly as well as efficiently on a daily basis. You will be responsible for leading, motivating and developing the staff, whilst upholding the highest standards of service plus dealing with the budget management, cost control and drive business growth
Proven experience in a Management role within 5 star boutique hotel is desired, not looking for large operational background. The ideal person must be flexible to work 10-12 hour shifts, well versed with all divisions and a car driver due to remoteness. Also looking for a 'Can do' attitude with excellent attention to details as well as the ability to work effectively under pressure.
