Hotel General Manager - Scottish Highlands

As General Manager you are responsible for the hotel which includes the rooms and a busy F&B department. You must be a General Manager who has experience in a rural setting and understand the seasonal nature of the Scottish Highlands. With this there are staffing challenges and you must be a General Manager who understands how to navigate these.
You will be a General Manager who has a good commercial background and knowledge of the finances and how to make a hotel profitable. You will lead from the front and be a hands on Manager. This is a small hotel and is part of a small community, therefore it doesn't suit everyone.
Proven experience as either General Manager or Operations Manager for a number of years in a similar setting is essential.
