Reporting into the head of HR you will be business partnering colleagues from all aspects of the company from production through to management/c-suit.

The ResponsibilitiesThe purpose of this role is to provide the business with first in class HR support ranging from recruitment and onboarding through to case management and employee engagement whilst taking a lead on absence management.

On a day-to-day basis you can expect to be responsible for the following;Review of HR policies and procedures with a view to streamlining and improving.Work closely with colleagues throughout the business and build strong robust relationships which will enable support/coaching in HR processes/policies/practices.Business partner department heads and occupational health leaders in managing absences both frequent short term and long-term ill health.Liaise with local recruitment partners in the delivery of interim and temporary operational staff.Work closely with the business in the prompt resolution of employment disputes/disciplinaries.Creation and execution of employee engagement initiatives/strategies to improve employee satisfaction/engagement.

The RequirementsWe are seeking a highly experienced and motivated HR professional who has broad experience within an HR Generalist/HR business partnering role(s). Ideally you will be CIPD qualified, however candidates who are working through their qualification or who are qualified by experience will be considered. Our client is based in the highlands and is based on site 2 days per week so a owner/driver is essential. This is an extremely fast paced and evolving business so we seek individuals who can juggle multiple priorities/tasks at any given time.
