Hgv Mechanic

We are recruiting for an experienced Mechanic to be based in Fort William, West Highland. The breath-taking landscapes aren’t the only attraction.  We have a great team of mechanics and a modern fully equipped maintenance facility 

The Mechanic role involves diagnostics, repair and maintenance on the company’s fleet of Volvo trucks, but also including Scania & MAN, trailers and small plant.

About you:

• Ideally a qualified or experienced HGV Mechanic
• Excellent attention to detail
• Good communication skills
• Good team player

Main Responsibilities:

• Inspecting & maintaining fleet of vehicles and trailers
• Travelling to sites to deal with breakdowns
• Filling in paperwork and records as required for the role
• Maintaining workshop housekeeping
• Development of  skills and knowledge
