We are partneringwitha market leading FMCG manufacturing business based in Somerset, who are recruiting a talentedEngineering Managerto lead their engineering function.
You will be tasked with leading the engineering team, coaching & developing staff and playing a key role in the delivery of a range of CAPEX projects.
This role will suit individuals with proven experience within a fast-pacedFMCG manufacturing environment and strongknowledge of PLCs & automation machinery. In addition, you must be a leader of people and be able to take your teams on a transformation journey.
The successful candidate willhold arelevant Engineering Qualification (NVQ level 3 / HNC / HND / Bachelors Degree / Masters Degree etc.) and have the ability to deal with key stakeholders.
