Join a well-established construction company and play a key role in delivering a high-quality project in the heart of Cornwall.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily site operations and ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget.
- Manage and coordinate subcontractors, labour, and materials.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
- Maintain high standards of quality and workmanship.
- Liaise with clients, architects, and other stakeholders to ensure smooth communication.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Site Manager in the construction industry.
- Valid SMSTS and/or SSSTS qualifications.
- Strong leadership and organisational skills.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
- A proactive approach to site management and safety.
