Are you a Chief Engineer with your CoC ticket (500kw - 3000kw) looking for a Port based (some coastal trips) role, working in a tight nit team at a small port in Cornwall and live onshore

This is a great opportunity to work and live in arguably the most scenic port in the UK, where you will reside on land and not on the boat.

Based at a South Cornwall port, you will be focused primarily on operating and maintaining the company fleet, but there will be opportunities for outside commercial work at times. You will work closely with the TUG Skipper and a team of Engineers, servicing the harbour with some coastal trips.

Given you will be working at smaller port, the workload remains steady, and you won't be required to live on the TUG during roster OR work long shifts without receiving time in lieu or compensation.

THE ROLE

  • Maintaining and operating a Tugboat
  • Small trips to surrounding areas
  • Working in a team of 4
  • Live on land not on the boat

THE PERSON
