Groundcare Service Technician

Groundcare Service Technician – Framlingham

Contract Personnel are looking for an experienced technician with experience in groundcare, garden, or small agricultural machinery for our well-established client based in Framlingham.

How does the day-to-day look?

• Diagnosing faults and carrying out repairs and servicing on groundcare machinery
• Using the latest diagnostic software for hydraulic and electrical systems
• Maintaining and repairing customer equipment on-site
• Providing excellent customer service, both face-to-face and over the phone
• Traveling to customer locations as part of a mobile service role

You will have:

• Experience with domestic or professional grass machinery (advantageous)
• Knowledge of garden, utility, or small agricultural machinery
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills
• Competent with computers and diagnostic software
• Full UK driving licence required

Schedule: Monday to Friday (overtime available)

Pay rate: Competitive DOE
