About the Role:
Join our NHS client in Tunbridge Wells as a dedicated Health Visitor, where you'll play a pivotal role in promoting health and well-being within the community. You'll manage caseloads and deliver the Healthy Child programme, ensuring exceptional care for families and individuals.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conducting maternal mood assessments and new birth visits
- Championing child safeguarding and promoting overall well-being
- Collaborating effectively within multi-agency settings
Essential Skills/Experience:
- SCPHN Health Visitor Post Graduate Diploma or Certificate
- Current NMC Registration
- Proficient in computerized recordkeeping (experience with Rio system preferred) and Excel
- Strong communication skills and ability to work in diverse teams
- Commitment to continuous professional development
