This privately owned, high end hotel with 35 bedrooms and a busy restaurant and bar operation has an opportunity for a Food and Beverage specialist to lead its busy operation. This is a hands on position that requires an individual with a 1st class career history who enjoys leading from the front in a visible fashion.
With full fiscal responsibility for the Food and Beverage department, you will be responsible for leading, motivating, and managing a team of talented staff, fostering a positive work environment in a unique and rewarding setting.
