FARM MANAGER
Highbury Recruitment is working with a local animal Sanctuary based north of Norwich. The Sanctuary aim of to provide a safe refuge for animals who have been mistreated, neglected, abandoned, unwanted, or rescued from slaughter.
We are seeking an individual who is passionate about animal welfare, has experience in farm management, and possesses strong leadership skills. The ideal candidate should have a proactive and "can do" attitude, be able to prioritise tasks and multitask effectively. Knowledge of animal husbandry, DEFRA and APHA legislation, and land management is essential.
The position involves working 42.5 hours per week, including weekends.
