A purpose-built luxury care home is now looking for an attentive and considerate Care Assistant to join their team just outside Frinton-on-Sea.
Against a backdrop of tended private gardens and charming countryside, the team provides expert residential, nursing and dementia care (recognised by a fully Good CQC rating) in a truly deluxe environment. With the home specially designed for purpose, residents are helped to stay as comfortable and independent as possible while enjoying cosy en-suite rooms, fantastic social and pampering spaces, and an extensive activities programme.
As a Care Assistant, youll join a close-knit team in assisting residents with their care needs and in providing direct support and companionship, helping to make every day cheerful and comfortable.

This is a permanent, full-time position, days or nights available.
Person specification:
- (Essential) A compassionate approach and an interest in helping people
- (Essential) Willingness to help with personal care tasks
- (Desirable) Previous experience as a Care Assistant in an elderly care setting
- (Desirable) NVQ Level 2 in Health and Social Care (or equivalent)
