We are committed to recruiting positive behaviour support workers to support a vibrant young man with afantastic sense of humourin the Kirby Cross / Frinton (CO13) area. This young man has 24-hour support and loves:

  • home-cooked food (and looks forward to a Saturday morning cooked breakfast with hiswonderful staff)
  • interacting with staff and having agiggle
  • watching his favourite shows on TV
  • enjoyable activities and days out with his staff

Supporting this young man can be lots of fun but can on occasions be a challenge, and he will need lots of support and encouragement to promote a good day.

Experience of trauma informed care would be advantageous as would positive behaviour support experience butfull training will be provided.
