Job Details:
JobMatcha are recruiting for an experienced Managing Quantity Surveyor to join our team in working on two offshore wind farm projects that we are involved on in Friston Suffolk.
Key Responsibilities:
- Management of change events and EWNs
- Tendering
Experience in the following would be preferential:
- Managing a commercial team
- NEC4 Option A
- Self-delivery of projects
- Subcontract management
- Working on a framework
- Management of CVRs
Key skills and qualifications required:
Cost Control, Cost Management, and Cost Reporting skills, Experience in preparing BOQ and cost planning, Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, Attention to detail and accuracy in calculations, Excellent communication and teamwork abilities, Bachelor's degree in Quantity Surveying, Experience as a Managing Quantity Surveyor in a similar.
