We are looking for a passionate customer focussed Sales Advisor to join our award winning team selling some of the most amazing products that literally change our customers lives! We are passionate about delivering the best possible service whether thats on the phone, through online chat or face to face in our showroom, if that sounds like you then this could be the perfect opportunity!

This is not a hard sell role, its all about delivering great service and accurate information to our customers to help them with their purchase and ensure our after sales service is the talk of the town!

RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Ensuring your product knowledge is passed on to customers to help advise on the best product for them to purchase. Dont worry!! we will train you on everything you need to know and make you an expert in all our products and brands!
  • Responsible for the customer journey, whether thats a customer that walks into the showroom or a customer that makes an online enquiry, helping both to make sure they have everything they need so they feel ready to place an order
  • Contributing to and delivering sales targets by promoting great service and developing relationships with all our customers
  • Handling a volume of inbound customer enquiries ensuring that all are responded to in a timely manner and provided with accurate product information
  • Ensuring your product knowledge is passed on to customers to help advise on the best product for them to purchase
  • Producing detailed and accurate quotations for customers and making follow up calls to check if they have everything they need and support them in placing their order
IDEAL CANDIDATE:
  • Previous experience of delivering great service to customers either in a face to face or online/phone environment
  • The capacity to learn about different products and make the right recommendation when matching them to different customers
  • A hard working outlook and positive and outgoing personality with a genuine desire to succeed
  • Experience of working towards your own individual targets and as part of a team
