- Responsible for the customer journey, whether that’s a customer that walks into the showroom or a customer that makes an online enquiry, helping both to make sure they have everything they need so they feel ready to place an order
- Contributing to and delivering sales targets by promoting great service and developing relationships with all our customers
- Handling a volume of inbound customer enquiries ensuring that all are responded to in a timely manner and provided with accurate product information

- Producing detailed and accurate quotations for customers and making follow up calls to check if they have everything they need and support them in placing their order
- Previous experience of delivering great service to customers either in a face to face or online/phone environment
- The capacity to learn about different products and make the right recommendation when matching them to different customers
- A hard working outlook and positive and outgoing personality with a genuine desire to succeed
- Experience of working towards your own individual targets and as part of a team
