In this role, you will work closely with our Senior Leadership Team to further champion the integration of established ethical and sustainable practices across our operations. • Supply Chain Oversight: Document and analyse supply chains through tier management, mapping, and comprehensive documentation reviews to ensure best practices.
  • Commercial Focus: Promote sustainability while offering commercially viable solutions that align with budgetary considerations and business needs.
  • Continuous Improvement: Lead initiatives to enhance the supply chain, focusing on waste reduction, packaging optimisation, and implementing sustainable practices like FSC certification and circularity in product design and lifecycle management.

  • Quality Assurance: Uphold quality through rigorous factory processes and audits that align with our specific customer standards and expectations.
  • Technical Expertise: Serve as the go-to resource for the latest sustainability technologies and techniques, fostering innovation in sustainability practices.
  • Environmental and Ethical Management: Oversee compliance with established environmental and ethical practices, aligning with frameworks such as HIGG, EUDR, SMETA, and other customer-specific action plans.
  • Customer Engagement: Facilitate customer meetings as the technical expert, demonstrating your knowledge and providing effective solutions that reflect our commitment to quality and compliance.
  • Internal Training and Development: Design and deliver training programmes to enhance awareness of sustainability and compliance practices throughout the organisation.
