They operate across a broad spectrum of projects including Creation & Distribution, Branding & Design, Website Development, Video Production, Demand Generation, Event Management, Social Media Management, and Channel Marketing.

The Marketing Account Manager – Duties:

  • You'll be managing campaigns for clients, ensuring they're on brief, on time, and on budget.
  • Campaign management:  Take ownership of projects for clients from start to finish – including initial proposal and sharing results.
  • Financial management: Work towards managing estimation & quoting process with a full understanding of project profitability and ensure quotes are clear to the client.
  • Work with the Senior Account Manager to produce forecasts for the team and own the forecast for nominated accounts.
  • Understand the client – their business, products, objectives, creative likes and dislikes.
  • Be proactive to develop client business, including keeping on top of client developments (new products, people, competitors, market etc.) and own, prepare and deliver presentations for existing projects and new opportunities within clients – both briefed and pro-active.
  • Work within the team to provide support and help to others when needed; both within account teams and across the company as required.

Marketing Account Manager – Essential Requirements:

  • We are looking for a tenacious, driven B2B marketeer, ideally with technology (or similar, such as science, manufacturing, telecoms etc) marketing experience.
  • An understanding of marketing services and experience of campaign project management including supplier management and budget management.
  • Very strong client relationship / stakeholder management skills.
  • Experience of implementing campaign metrics, measurement and ROI.
  • Experience of Social Media Organic/Paid/Copy – LinkedIn platform beneficial.
  • Experience of nurturing and developing accounts.
  • Ideally, experience of working with international clients.
