Konker is seeking an Architect to join a multi-disciplinary practice in Somerset, ideally for candidates living locally or with a driver's license for commuting.
The firm, a RIBA Chartered Practice, specializes in various sectors including Education, Residential, Community, and Heritage projects, with a strong pipeline of work.
The role involves working on all RIBA stages, focusing initially on delivery stages of projects valued up to £9.5M, and requires proficiency in Adobe Suite and Revit.
Candidates with some experience in the Education sector and a passion for Urban Design, Landscape Design, or Masterplanning are preferred.
The salary for this position ranges from £33K to £40K, depending on experience, and includes benefits such as 25 days holiday, paid RIBA & ARB fees, and a Wellbeing Programme.

Konker is currently recruiting for an Architect to join a multi-disciplinary located in a more rural area – Somerset. It will be ideal if you either live locally or have a driver's licence to commute - nearby towns and cities are highly commutable to their office. This RIBA Chartered Practice is passionate in its expertise to carry out a vast variety of projects. From Conservation and Education to Residential, Leisure and Tourism. More specifically, this practice has specialised in the Education sector for the past 30 years along with their growing portfolio of Residential, Community and Heritage projects! Working on all RIBA Stages
Initial focus on the delivery stages of exciting projects up to a value of £9.5M
Liaising with different stakeholders of projects
Working on Adobe Suite & Revit
Ideally some Education experience will be beneficial for this position
Passion for Urban Design / Landscape Design / Masterplanning
