Salary: £50,000 - £70,000
Location: Beckington, Somerset
A market leading industrial manufacturing company are looking for a Maintenance Manager to join the team at their fully automated, high speed manufacturing facility in Somerset. The successful Maintenance Manager will be in charge of a team of engineers and will be responsible for setting up PPM schedules and you will have responsibility for large CAPEX budgets. The company are looking for a Maintenance Manager with strong man-management skills and a proven track record of managing large teams of engineers. This is an opportunity for a Maintenance Manager to join a company going through a period of large scale growth and is an opportunity not to be missed by any aspiring Maintenance Manager.
Skills required for maintenance manager:
- Must have strong man-management skills
- Proven track record of having budget responsibility
- Able to work in a fast paced environment as a maintenance manager
- Must have an engineering qualification
