Customer Service Advisor, Frome 26-28.000, 37.5 hours per week. Working Monday to Friday 8:30am-5.00pm. Free parking. Pension. 28 days holiday.

A position for a customer service advisor has become available at a leading waste management company based in Frome.

In this role you will be the first point of contact for all customer enquiries. Duties that need to be carried out are listed below.

  • Processing orders and inputting invoices into the system
  • Preparing drivers documentation for there working day
  • Handle any incoming customer enquiries via telephone or email
  • General administrative duties including updating databases with information
  • Liaising with internal departments

If you have a confident and friendly telephone manner and the ability to deal with all levels of people then this may be the customer service opportunity you are seeking. Of course teamwork is essential within this role as is positivity and enthusiasm. As you will be using a variety of mediums during the working day, computer skills including data entry are essential. The role would be ideal if you have an administration or customer service background.

You will need to have a methodical approach to tasks and great attention to detail to ensure all financial and customer information is inputted with accuracy. Be confident in answering incoming customer enquiries and also making outbound calls when necessary to verify information. A good knowledge of the Microsoft office suite, including excel is necessary.

You will be joining a leading hazardous waste management company that specialise in Hazardous waste disposal, and pride themselves on excellent service to their customers.

In return you will be offered a salary of between 26-28k with 28 days holiday including bank holidays and working Monday to Friday 8.30am-5.000pm with free onsite parking and a pension scheme.
