Thrive Group are delighted to be working with our client in Frome who are actively looking to recruit Packing Team Leader to join the team.
What you will be doing:
- Supervise the for team, and allocate workload, to ensure the daily quota of product is packed in time ready for dispatch.
- Working closely with Production Manager, and internal department supervisors
- Ensure that all products are packed to company quality standards and checks are carried out for any defects.
What you will need to succeed:
- Effective Team Leading/Supervisory experience, preferably in production / manufacturing.
- Excellent Organisation and planning skills.
- Previous experience with shopify and shipstation is highly desirable.
- Ability to prioritise workload.
- Organisational and time management skills.
- Ability to lead, train and delegate.
- Able to work calmly and efficiently under pressure.
What you will receive in return:
- 28,000 to 31,000 per annum DOE
- Hours: Monday to Friday 09.00AM to 1700PM
