In this role you will be responsible for resolving IT problems and incidents via either phone, online chat, or email, providing technical support to the business itself, recording incoming support requests and maintaining accurate notes and time records, as well as perform system upgrades and configurations.
This role would suit an IT Support Engineer, preferably from an MSP background, looking for a position that provides technical and career progression, with the added benefits of in-house training, a generous holiday structure, as well as company benefits.
