We have an exciting opportunity available at SEA to join our HR team as a Business Partner. The purpose of the HR Business Partner is to partner with management and key stakeholders to support the business in achieving the Company strategy and business objectives, whilst driving employee engagement by developing the employee experience at SEA.
In this position you will have the opportunity to provide a wide ranging, full HR Business Partnering service to our management and employees.

- Provide a wide-ranging, full employee life cycle HR Business Partnering service to management, ensuring that all managers have the necessary tools and capability to professionally manage and develop themselves and their people.
- Use key people analytics to inform decisions and make recommendations to senior stakeholders. Use data and metrics to identify potential issues and support decision making that really drives employee engagement.
- Work with the Line Managers and their cohort to create solutions to people issues that enable stakeholders to better meet their commercial objectives.
- Plan and implement HR initiatives and projects aligned to HR's strategic planning process and business-driven initiatives.
- You will be an experienced HR generalist with some Business Partnering experience and/an understanding of Payroll processes.
- You will have a proven background in adding value and improving operational efficiencies.
- Excellent listening, verbal, numerical and written communication ability.
- Able to demonstrate good relationship management skills at managerial and key stakeholder level.
- Able to demonstrate effective coaching and mentoring skills
- Relevant Degree and/or CIPD Qualified
