Role Highlights:

Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs) for students with special needs, ensuring tailored learning goals and accommodations are met.

Cultivate a positive and inclusive classroom environment that encourages student engagement, participation, and social-emotional development.

Employ a variety of teaching strategies, resources, and assertive technologies to support diverse learning styles and abilities.

Collaborate closely with parents/guardians, school staff, and external professionals to provide comprehensive support and effective communication channels.

Monitor student progress, conduct assessments, and provide timely feedback to students and their families.

Foster a sense of belonging and empathy among students, promoting an inclusive and respectful learning community.
Requirements:

Qualified teacher status and relevant certifications in special education or SEN.

Proven experience working with students with special needs, preferably in an educational setting.

In-depth knowledge of SEN strategies, interventions, and assessment methods.

Excellent communication skills and the ability to build positive relationships with students, parents, and colleagues.

Patience, empathy, and an authentic passion for supporting the holistic development of students with special needs.
