New Resource Recruitment are looking for an organized and proactive individual with experience in administration and manufacturing. Join our client's dynamic team in Frome and play a key role in ensuring the smooth operation of their administrative processes.


Key Responsibilities:
• Collaborate with the Office Manager to manage tasks and maintain workload transparency.
• Liaise effectively across departments, including Production, Finance, Lab, and Distribution.
• Manage customer orders, invoicing, purchase orders, and delivery notes.
• Oversee intercompany orders with European colleagues (Germany, Spain, Poland, Austria).
• Support the Marketing department with mailshots and other activities.
• Monitor and update SAP systems, including BOMs and costing.
• Participate in annual stock checks and continuous process improvement initiatives.
• Actively chase debts and log special pricing as required.
• Provide administrative support to various departments and assist with ad-hoc tasks.

Experience & Knowledge:
• Previous experience in a manufacturing or production environment.
• Familiarity with SAP systems, especially in production/operations.
• Knowledge of raw material purchasing and administrative processes.

Skills:
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Experience using SAP systems
• Competency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
• Problem-solving mindset with a proactive approach.

• Team-oriented with a focus on continuous improvement.

Key Accountabilities:
• Ensure operational KPIs are met in collaboration with divisional and local management.
• Maintain QSHE safety and hygiene standards, including near-miss reporting.
