Facilitate Search is partnering with one of the UK's largest FM providers to hire Mechanical Maintenance Engineers in York.
The salary for this position is £40,000, with additional benefits including 25 days annual leave, pension, and life insurance.
Candidates should have at least three years of experience and relevant qualifications such as C&G/BTEC Mechanical and Electrical Building Services Engineering or NVQ Level 3 in multi-skilled engineering.
The role involves carrying out Planned Preventative Maintenance (PPM) and reactive work on a new secure site.
Shifts may be required, and there is great availability for overtime.

The Role:

You will be working on a brand new secure site based in York. Your role as a mechanicalmaintenance engineer will be to carry out the PPM and Reactive work across site.

The ideal candidate for this position will have one of the following:

C&G/BTEC Mechanical and Electrical Building Services Engineering Parts 1, 2, and 3
NVQ with multi-skilled engineering Level 3
C&G 2079 F Gas or equivalent,
HVAC or gas equivalent
Plumbing L2/L3
