Vision for Education are working alongside a Mainstream Secondary School based within Bournemouth who are looking for a full time Teaching Assistant with experience to start with them as soon as possible or after Easter.

This role would suit a candidate with a passion for education and desire to build a long term career within a school setting (Potential to progress into an HLTA role or become a child practitoner).

Temp to Perm (18 week hire period)

What we are looking for:

  • Confident working 1:1 and within small groups of children between the ages of 11 – 16.
  • Professional and reliable.
  • Experience working within an education setting.
  • Great with time management and assisting the class teacher with preparation.
  • Calm, enthusiastic and motivated.
  • Passionate about supporting children’s physical, social and emotional welfare.
  • Competent understanding of the Maths and English secondary curriculum.
