What's involved?

For this position, you must be an experienced head chef who understands the importance of due diligence and team training. As the new head chef, you will oversee daily kitchen operations, ensuring high standards of food preparation and cooking.

You will be responsible for training and delegating tasks to your team.

A solid background in margin and costing is essential. You will of course supervise the food service during peak hours, ensuring timely and quality delivery to guests.
