We are seeking a Commercial Finance Analyst to join our national team in the Lincolnshire area, offering a hybrid working model.
The role involves driving performance through analysis, strategic planning, insightful reporting, and managing budgeting and forecasting processes.
Candidates should have a professional qualification or relevant experience in finance or accounting, with strong financial modeling skills and excellent communication abilities.
The position is open to PQ/Finalists, Fully Qualified, or QBE applicants, and proficiency in Excel is required, with French speaking being desirable.
The salary for this position is competitive, and the ideal candidate should have at least 2-3 years of experience in a similar role.

You will be based in the Lincolnshire area (hybrid working model).�? What You’ll Do:

Drive Performance: Analyse and challenge business performance and identifying opportunities.
Strategic Planning: Get involved in strategic planning, forecasting, and target setting processes to help shape the future of the business.
Insightful Reporting: Prepare accurate reports and provide insightful analysis for senior management using large data sets.
Budgeting & Forecasting: Running the budgeting and forecasting process, both profit and loss and cash flow.
Supporting the team: Support the team with the monthly management accounts.

?? What We’re Looking For:

Professional qualification or experience in a similar role within finance or accounting.
Applications open to PQ/ Finalists, Fully Qualified/ QBE
Strong financial modelling skills and a solid understanding of accounting principles.
Excellent communication skills to interact with various management levels.
Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
Advanced in Excel
French speaking is desirable
