Administrator - TemporaryGainsboroughImmediate Start Elevation Recruitment Group are currently working with a leading manufacturing business based in Gainsborough to support with the recruitment of a temporary administrator for 4-6 weeks.Â
Key Responsibilities:
- Inputting and updating data into spreadsheets and databases accurately
- Organising and maintaining digital and physical files
- Assisting with administrative tasks as required, such as managing emails and correspondence
- Responding to queries and providing general office support
- Maintaining confidentiality and ensuring data integrity at all times
Key Requirements:
- Previous experience in administrative or data entry roles preferred
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry tasks
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, etc.)
- Good communication skills, both written and verbal
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Available to start immediately
