Sales Manager Sports & Leisure centre Lincolnshire - basic salary up to £28,500, £30,000+ OTE

An outstanding opportunity for a sales manager to lead the sales team at one of the most impressive leisure and wide-ranging sporting facilities in the Lincolnshire area.

You will be a hands-on selling manager, responsible for coaching and supporting your team of membership advisors, front of house colleagues and centre colleagues working to daily activity and sales targets.

The successful candidate will be responsible for driving exceptional customer service standards, delivering key KPI's and increasing membership levels

Job responsibilities:

  • Manage the day-to-day operations of your department ensuring that the highest levels of customer service are achieved
  • Effectively plan and execute the business strategy
  • Be both a role model for the centres team and to make the centre a fun and friendly environment for both colleagues and customers alike. Motivate and inspire others to 'raise the bar'
  • Be results driven with a demonstratable track record in exceeding targets
  • Have a proactive approach to growing the Everyone Active membership base

We are keen to hear from candidates who have:

  • A proven track record in sales management from a leisure, hospitality of visitor attraction
  • Will proactively initiate and develop corporate partnerships with the business community and schools..
  • Are confident presenting to large groups and promoting the benefits of an active lifestyle.
  • Have a good understanding of managing and pulling reports from a large CRM database.
  • Will closely with the digital and marketing team to optimise digital and social content.

Benefits:

  • Good Basic salary of up to £28,500
  • Commission OTE of £30,000+
