Now require a Business Unit Leader, manage the strategy and grown for one of our Brands, driving growth and retention for our sales and global customers.

This a key commercial leadership opportunity, responsible for both maintaining business and developing new opportunities globally and working collaboratively between the customers and Eminox group of companies, at all business levels and across all functions, to build differentiating value. Manging various stakeholders and a key business unit, within UK and international sites. Understanding the Global partnerships and develop existing and new partnerships.

This is a broad scope business role, where the successful delivery will rely on functional impact from the entire breadth of the business, including Engineering, Supply Chain, Operations and Finance.

Overview

  • Meet or exceed sales and gross margin plan: Including 3yr growth plans
  • Increase and accurately forecast sales and prospect pipeline
  • Own the associated Profit and loss for the business unit
  • Direct Leadership of the team and associated partners
  • Build strategic global relationships at the senior level while engaging within technical groups to develop new business opportunities and successfully close business
  • Identify the needs of the customers, while demonstrating value to their business
  • Influence internally and externally, with or without formal authority to ensure superior customer satisfaction
  • Lead Business review: Forecast, Financial results, Voice of the customer engagement, Debt Review, and Action Plan
  • Influence the customers selection process and procurement function
  • Identify, communicate and manage new globally positioned licencing/Franchise agreements to support new business development and overall global network coverage
  • Travels regularly to meet customers UK and internationally
  • Identify any potential M&A properties and undertake associated preproposal due diligence

About you

  • The successful candidate will have experience of acquiring, maintaining, and retaining key clients (Supply Chain, Customers and Development Partners) ideally within engineering/manufacturing industry.
  • Extensive senior leadership experience to include a wide breadth of managerial experience
  • Knowledge of industries, to include automotive manufacturing, industrial manufacturing and associated industries.
  • Strategy creation and tactical execution, delivery and a drive for results
  • Able to demonstrate / commercial, financial acumen with customer: Analyse, use, and discuss financial business drivers and metrics to advance the sales cycle
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Customer Centric - Ensures the delivery of exceptional customer service.
  • Flexible to travel to customers UK and Internationally
This role requires visibility in Gainsborough up to 2/3 days per weeks, ideally you could be located within the Midlands, Yorkshire, Derbyshire, Lincolnshire.
